1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how MyPhysio3D ("we", "our", "us") handles your information when you use our app. MyPhysio3D is an educational 3D reference for musculoskeletal anatomy and pain patterns.

MyPhysio3D does not require an account, and you can use every feature without signing in.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number or any other account details. The information we do collect is limited to:

• An anonymous app identifier: So that the app can function, we generate a random anonymous identifier. It is not linked to your name, email address or any other detail that identifies you.
• Usage data: Anonymous information about how the app is used — for example which syndromes and screens you open, and how you use the quizzes — so we can understand which content is useful.
• Diagnostics: If the app crashes or misbehaves, we collect technical information such as the error, device model, operating system version, app version and app language.
• Advertising identifiers: The app may display ads. Our advertising partners may process a device advertising identifier to deliver and measure those ads.

We do not ask you to enter health information, and we do not collect the anatomical content you view.

3. How We Use Information

• To run the app.
• To understand how the app is used so we can improve it.
• To diagnose crashes and technical problems.
• To display advertising that keeps the app free.

We do not sell your personal information, and we hold none to sell.

4. Data Stored on Your Device

Your preferences and language settings are stored locally on your device. Removing the app removes this local data.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party services that process data on our behalf, including Google Firebase (anonymous identifiers, analytics and crash reporting) and Google AdMob (advertising). These providers handle data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above. Because there is no account, there is no account to delete. Deleting the app removes the data stored on your device; you can also contact us at privacy@myphysio3d.com to request deletion of the anonymous analytics associated with your installation.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, to protect the information we process.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR. MyPhysio3D is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
